Ken Minogue is one of the founders and principals of MTech Locks. Ken is a veteran of professional services and international business development. He has worked in marketing for a variety of organizations, from large public companies to small/medium sized Alberta businesses. Through each experience, Ken has added to an impressive skill set and gained business experience that supports and enhances MTech’s vision.
With a passion for guiding and assisting his clients and partners with realizing their business goals. Ken will be providing guidance and business development leadership to the MTech team.
Reese Auclair
Reese is an operations and inventory specialist with a strong background in hospitality and automotive environments. Leveraging his experience as a Lead Hand, Reese brings hands on knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and operational workflows.
He plays a key role in keycard management, including inventory tracking, fulfillment, and system compatibility support. Reese is also employed with MTech Locks, giving him direct insight into lock systems, keycard technologies, and best practices that support reliable, day-to-day hotel operations.
Josh Cook
Josh leads sales and business development across British Columbia and Southern Alberta, partnering with hospitality properties to deliver reliable, modern access control solutions. With strong experience in the hotel industry, he focuses on understanding operational challenges and aligning them with the right lock, keycard, and access technologies.
Josh takes a consultative, hands on approach, guiding properties through retrofits, system upgrades, and ongoing support. From initial planning to implementation, he ensures each project is efficient, cost effective, and built for long term performance.
