When will I get my order?
Custom orders take 4-6 weeks from deposit for printing/shipping. Brands we carry in stock are eligible for next-day shipping, as long as orders are placed before 11 am the previous day.
What if the keys I ordered don't work?
If you are unsure of your key card or lock type, we recommend requesting a key card test kit. This allows us to confirm compatibility and ensure the correct chip is supplied for your system. For in stock branded key cards, unopened items may be returned. For custom key cards, we provide test keys in advance to confirm compatibility prior to printing.
Why would I advertise on my keycards?
Advertising on key cards is beneficial for both hotels and advertisers. Key cards are a necessary operating expense for hotels, one they would prefer to reduce or eliminate. When an advertiser partners with a hotel, the advertiser assumes the cost of the key cards. In return, their brand is placed directly in the hands of thousands of hotel guests, typically viewed 7 to 10 times per day. This level of repeated, direct exposure offers a significant advantage over traditional advertising channels, especially given the low cost and high engagement associated with key card advertising.
